Refund Policy

At CBT_BY_EC, I value your commitment to therapy and the time we spend working together.

To ensure fairness and clarity, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee, as it is unlikely the slot can be filled at short notice. 

• If I need to cancel a session, I will offer a rescheduled appointment at the earliest possible opportunity.

Refunds

• Pre-paid sessions are refundable if cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice.

• Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of cancellation.

• Refunds are not available for sessions missed without notice (“no-shows”).

Block Bookings / Packages

• If you have booked a block of sessions at a discounted rate, unused sessions may be refunded if cancelled in line with the 48-hour policy.

• Any sessions already attended will be charged at the standard single-session rate, and the balance will be refunded.

Emergency Circumstances

• I understand that emergencies happen. If a genuine emergency prevents you from attending, please let me know as soon as possible. Discretion will be applied on a case-by-case basis.
